GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Résidence Casa Mia
Those terms apply to any sale completed with the Residence Casa Mia.
The customer acknolewdges having read these Conditions of Sale and undertakes to respect them.
These General Terms & Conditions of Sale may be modified, the Terms applicable are those enforced on the date the booking was made.
PRICES
Prices are quoted in Euros including VAT applicable on the day of the booking. Any rate change applicable or any modification or introduction of new taxes introduced by the legal competent authorities, will automatically be reflected on the prices listed on the invoice date. Rates are quoted per accommodation according to the selected period in the extent of the number of people indicated and do not include extras.
Certain services are extras and are submitted to constant amendments by the residence without warning nor advanced notice.
BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT METHODS
Bookings can be made through our website www.residence-casamia.com, or by phone or by e-mail. The booking will be confirmed once a down payment is made or a valid credit card is given as a guarantee and after receiving a detailed confirmation.
The 30% down payment is to be paid during the booking process.
The payment of all the services will be made at the Residence (except for prepaid bookings). The Residence reserves the right to refuse any booking in case of incorrect credit card numbers or incomplete booking.
The Residence Casa Mia accepts Visa and Mastercard credit cards, bank transfers, cash and ANCV holiday vouchers.
MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF STAY
Any modification or cancellation shall be requested by e-mail to residence.casamia@orange.fr or by phone at +33 (0)4 95 21 07 95.
The request will be effective when the renter gives his/her written acceptance.
For any cancellation,the following Terms apply :
Any request made 21 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be kept
Any no-show on the date of arrival, your credit card will be charged of the total stay.
Any stay started will be due in full
Regarding bookings made with intermediaries (agencies, tour operator, OTA), cancellation (or modification) shall be requested to them.
THE RESIDENCE AND SERVICES
The accommodations are available from 5pm and have to be vacated at 10am on the day of departure. An extra night shall be charged for non respect of the check-out time. In case of late arrival, you must warn the Residence.
For safety and hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed. Any lost keys or not given back will be charged 200€ (change of the cylinder).
Rooms are non-smoking.
RELOCATION
In the event that the reserved accommodation is unavailable or in the event of force majeure, Casa Mia reserves the option to completely or partially accommodate the customer in a residence of an equivalent or superior category offering services of the same nature. The transfer shall be entirely at the expense of the renter without the customer being requested to pay any additional fee by the Residence.
CLAIMS
All claims must be reported to the Residence by recorded delivery with proof of receipt within a period of 15 days following departure of the Residence.
Failing amicable resolution of the dispute within a month, the customer is able to refer the dispute to Travel and Tourism Ombusdman whose contact informations are available on the website www.mtv.travel
DATA PROCESSING LAW AND FREEDOMS
In accordance with the French Law 78-17 relating to Data-processing and Freedoms, the customer is informed that the booking is subject to a personal processing.
The customers have the right of access, rectification of personal data. This can be exercised in writing to : SARL ALEMAGE – L’Ospedale – 20137 PortoVecchio. The customer is likewise informed that his/her data are not supplied to third parties.
The Residence Casa Mia offers a wifi access at the reception. The customer user undertakes to ensure that the IT resources placed at his/her disposal by the Residence shall not be used in anyway to reproduce, represent, provide or convey to the public, works, audiovisual works, software and video games without the permission of the holders of rights set out in Volumes I and II of French Intellectual Property Code where this permission is required.
RESPONSIBILITY
The Residence accepts no responsibility for any personal items that are lost,stolen or damaged in any part of the establishment.
The customer is responsible for any breakages, deterioration or damage caused to the fixtures and fittings in the Residence. As a consequence, the Residence Casa Mia may ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and/or refund of the current stay and to reimbourse the damages caused.
